Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want your Everest mountain flight to be worry-free. This policy explains what happens if a flight is cancelled and how refunds and rescheduling work.

Weather or Operational Cancellations

Mountain flights operate only in clear, safe weather. If your flight is cancelled by the airline due to weather or operational reasons, you may choose either:

• A full refund of the fare paid, or
• A free reschedule onto the next available clear-weather departure, subject to seat availability.

Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations requested well in advance are eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable processing charges.
• Cancellations made very close to departure, or after check-in has opened, may be non-refundable as the airline seat has been committed.
• To cancel or amend a booking, contact us as early as possible with your booking reference.

Rescheduling & No-Show

Date changes are allowed based on seat availability; a fare difference or change fee may apply for customer-requested changes. Passengers who do not arrive in time for check-in (at least one hour before departure) are treated as a no-show and such bookings are non-refundable.

How Refunds Are Processed
