These Terms & Conditions govern your booking of an Everest mountain flight through Mountain Flight Nepal. By making a booking, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & Tickets

• A booking is confirmed once payment is received and an e-ticket is issued by email.
• Every passenger requires a valid ticket. Because each seat is a window seat, child fares are the same as adult fares.
• Passengers must carry a valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the booking details.

Pricing

• Fares are quoted per person (USD 280 for international tourists) and include airport taxes and a guaranteed window seat.
• International, Nepali and Indian nationals may have different fares. Prices are subject to change and availability until a booking is confirmed.

Flight Schedule & Check-In

• Mountain flights operate in the early morning from the Kathmandu Domestic Terminal. Exact departure times are advised on confirmation.
• Passengers must check in at least one hour before the scheduled departure.

Weather Cancellations

Mountain flights fly only in safe, clear weather. If a flight is cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, you are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Operating Airlines & Liability

Flights are operated by CAAN-certified airlines � Buddha Air, Yeti Airlines and Shree Airlines � subject to their safety procedures and conditions of carriage. A mountain flight is scenic only and does not land in the mountains. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking.
